Under 20, 4-1 against Romania in the Elite League: Bakoune, Lipani, Kofler and Anghelé scored

Great success forUnder 20 against Romania at Viola Park in Bagni a Ripoli. Bernardo Corradi’s Azzurrini, at the Fiorentina sports centre, achieved their third success in the Elite League, the first at home after those against Czechia and Poland away, at the end of a match conducted with authority from the 1st to the 90th minute.

A victory, that of Italy, already secured in the first half thanks to goals from Adam Bakoune (Milan), Luca Lipani (Sassuolo) and Raphael Kofler (South Tyrol) and made even more rounded in the second half by the penalty converted by Lorenzo Anghelè (Juventus) , before Trica’s flag goal.

“We had prepared the match well, on their pressure, being a very physical opponent – Corradi’s words -. Then things went differently in terms of the type of development of the match, but we were good at creating the basis of the free ball to play well and give rhythm in the possession phase. It’s a good group, with character and quality: the new players integrated well straight away and it’s not trivial to make your debut with the national team.”
