“Yes, I spend a lot of time with the players and with Theo who has been with us for many years. It’s important to discuss and understand, the physical tiredness has always been there, the psychological one is more difficult to measure. They have 3 games a week, sometimes everyone has bad moments and in these moments I am the first to keep my confidence high.”
