Insigne in Europe? The Besiktas of Immobile remains a possibility. In Italy there was Venice

Lorenzo Insigne had the opportunity to return to Italy in the last hours of the transfer market. Venice searched for it in Italy, as well as Real Valladolid in Spain, but the former Napoli captain today at the Toronto FC did not feel like leaving the Canadian club for these two proposals. He preferred to continue in the preparation of the MLS 2025 which will begin in 15 days.

Yet a possibility of seeing Lorenzo Insigne again in Europe closely around the mail there is still: it is Besiktas, the team that is led by his great friend Ciro Immobile in attack. The Istanbul club has shown interest in Insigne even if, at least for now, it has not made an official proposal. There is still some time: in Turkey the transfer market will remain open until next Tuesday and if an important club like that of Istanbul will present a tempting offer then the return of Insigne to the old continent can become reality.

Insigne in the last few days has also been approached by Sivassportclubs that currently occupies 15th place in the Turkish championship. But the former Napoli captain at the Sivas club prefers to stay where he is. Today the only real alternative seems to be the Besiktas of Immobile: if no official offer will arrive from Istanbul, Insigne will continue its adventure in the Toronto FC at least until the next strong summer of a contract valid until June 2026.
