Udinese returns to making the usual mistakes: Roma win on a penalty

THE’Udinese suffers the second consecutive defeat in a match against Rome which saw very few jolts, but in the episodes the Giallorossi had the upper hand, ending the contest with a 1-2 penalty, signed by the two penalties converted by Pellegrini and Dovbyk. A match where the Friulians showed off a good first half, but then made the usual mistakes in the second half, thus giving the Giallorossi two chances to sort things out.

A race where mister Kosta Runjaic opt for role-by-role changes. One forced, since Solet was disqualified, and two to adapt to the match. In defense there is Toure, on the left wing Zemura, while in front Sanchez sits on the bench in favor of Lucca. This time the coach opts for a more careful match plan, so as not to give Roma depth, focusing on counterattacks. A philosophy that also pays dividends given that in the first half the Friulians took the lead thanks to a good turn by Lucca.

But then without Solet the usual problems arise again on a defensive level, with Kabasele negative protagonist in the first circumstance e Sava in the second, even if Shomurodov’s opening opens up space for El Shaarawy too easily. The offensive changes once again lead to little, but Simone’s debut is recorded Pafundireturned from Lausanne and used shortly after by Runjaic. A positive impact, for a boy who is now called upon to show progress indeed. In the meantime, the zebrette will have to think about the two stumbles, with Venezia a match not to be missed, again within friendly walls. Toure will be missing on Saturday (knee injury to be evaluated but which seems serious) and Karlstrom (suspended), but Solet will be back, a single player who seems to be useful in this defense.
