Simone Inzaghi it’s a real bête noire for Marco Giampaolo. The two, as coaches, have faced each other nine times. Well, in eight circumstances the coach from Piacenza won and then there was also a draw (consequently zero successes for Giampaolo). Taking into consideration the matches played at home by the Bellinzona-born coach against his colleague, well there is even less history here: four victories out of four for Inzaghi Junior and all narrow.
Among Inzaghi’s victories against Giampaolo there is also one truly full of goals: we are talking about Lazio-Sampdoria 7-3 on 7 May 2017.
