Svilar 7 – Raise an impassable yellow-red wall in front of his door. Between the first and second half, he actually says no to Isaksen, Guendouzi, Rovella and Castellanos. Anyone else want to try to beat him? He probably wouldn’t be able to…
Left-handed 6.5 – He makes Zaccagni and his teammates feel their studs by using (also) the bad ones and helping to nullify Lazio’s great offensive potential.
Hummels 6.5 – Solid behind and unusually proactive even in the offensive phase. In fact, it can be seen around Provedel on at least a couple of occasions.
Ndicka 6.5 – A flawless performance also for the third element of Roma’s central package: attentive and concentrated until the end.
Saelemaekers 7.5 – His redemption is a must in the Giallorossi’s home, because even in the derby the Belgian gave Pellegrini the assist for the 1-0 and then made it 2-0 with a stubborn insertion into the area following a pass from Dybala (From the 67th minute El Shaarawy 6 – Enters the field in the last 20 minutes and makes his contribution on the right flank).
Paredes 6.5 – He constantly lowers himself to the defensive line to go and get the ball and set up Roma’s game: he is the tip of the balance for the Giallorossi, a champion rediscovered also thanks to Ranieri’s care.

Claudio Ranieri 7 – Mr derby makes it five out of five, surprisingly dusting off Pellegrini from the 1st minute (goal from the captain) and seeing his team play the perfect match. The most important victory on the most important night: his Roma’s season can now turn definitively.

Provedel 6 – Pellegrini draws a rainbow in the Roman sky, then denies him an encore. He scores two goals without having much to blame himself for.
Marusic 5.5 – Angelino keeps him on guard, when he decides to push forward he shows that his ideas are not particularly clear. From 80′ Lazzari sv
Gila 5 – Pellegrini’s feint disorientates him, his attitude is too contemplative: he is unable to organize a credible opposition.
Romagnoli 5 – Dovbyk is the key to unhinge the Biancoceleste defense, he is systematically anticipated by the Ukrainian giant. Bad on the doubling.
Nuno Tavares 6 – Saelemaekers never catches him when he sprints, he could be even more daring one-on-one: he remains the primary source of play. From 88′ Pellegrini sv
Guendouzi 5.5 – Sparks sparkled in the duel in the midfield with his national teammate Koné who saw him succumb, he tried from outside but Svilar told him no.
Rovella 5 – He is unable to shield Dybala, leaving him free to invent as he pleases: he is not as enlightened as usual in managing the ball.
Isaksen 5 – Lots of movement, perhaps even excessive because not accompanied by the necessary clarity: Baroni shouts and then changes it. From 46′ Tchaouna 5.5 – He puts in more physicality, he gets a good ball to open it up again but he isn’t lucky: he slips on the best pass and eats up a goal he scored.
Dele-Bashiru 5.5 – Extemporaneously, he tries to rebel forcefully with an almost rugby-like action interrupted before the goal: it will be the only jolt. From 46′ Dia 6 – Functional attacking midfielder movements and a beautiful aerial pass for Tchaouna. It increases the team’s danger index.
Zaccagni 5 – He suffers from Mancini’s aggression, who gives him no respite, preventing him from turning. Leaves a lot to be desired in the decisions: disappointment of the evening. From 88′ Noslin sv
Castellanos 5.5 – Trying poorly in the first half. Definitely better with the entry of Dia, who unlocks him: he commits Svilar twice. Expelled in the Far West final.
Marco Baroni 5 – The impact of the first derby in the capital is truly shocking, it is difficult to recognize the worst Lazio of his management. After the interval he regained intensity with the substitutions, but the completely wrong approach cost him defeat in the most heartfelt match.
