Bari, training resumed: this morning differentiated work for Favilli, Matino and Tripaldelli

As stated on the club’s official channels, after the break for the Christmas holidays, the Bari met again this morning to resume training in view of the next match of the Serie B championship, scheduled at the ‘Mapei Stadium – Citta del Tricolore’ in Reggio Emilia on Sunday 12 January, with kick-off set for 3.00 pm; opponent of the moment, obviously, Reggiana.

Despite the break period, the team still trained individually following a work program specifically prepared by the technical staff, and today, under the gaze of a hundred fans, mostly very young, Mr. Moreno Longo’s group worked on the pitch of the Antistadio where, after an initial part dedicated to muscle reactivation, he alternated metabolic work circuits (speed changes over medium and short distances) with group technique work based on ball possession and circulation. Differentiated work table for Andrea Favilli, Emmanuele Matino and Alessandro Tripaldelli; some members of the squad have carried out dedicated work in the gym as a precaution; the young Monetti, Pinto and Sapadavecchia joined.

A morning training session is scheduled for tomorrow as well as for Epiphany day (Monday 6 January).
