Giugliano, Bertotto: “With Taranto, a game that must be interpreted well or it risks becoming complicated”

The Giugliano coach Valerio Bertotto presented tomorrow’s match against Taranto in a press conference: “This is one of those matches which, if not interpreted in the right way, risk becoming very complicated. I want to express all my solidarity with the Taranto players: I know well what it means face difficult moments in this profession. Knowing the world of football, I know that they will have a great desire for redemption. We will have to take the field with malice and ferocity to face them in the best possible way.”

On Giugliano’s growth: “I am very satisfied with the path we have undertaken with this club and these guys. Compared to last season we have changed a lot, and the improvements are evident. There is a serious club behind us, with two exceptional directors and a staff of the highest level. This allows us to always give our best. It is normal to encounter some obstacles along the way, but we remain protagonists of this championship. We are in the playoffs and we want to stay there, because this city and its fans deserve satisfaction.”

On the game and the improvements: “Every match is different and must be interpreted in the right way. Last Sunday we faced a great team, showing solidity and determination. This demonstrates the quality of the work we are doing. Our identity is clear, as is our balance on the pitch. We have our game, but it is essential to adapt to the characteristics of the opponents. There will be simpler challenges and more complex ones, but we must always be ready.”
