Heidenheim, Muller will not renew: Fruchtl from Lecce is also being considered to replace him

According to reports from Kicker.de Heidenheim, a club that plays in the Conference League, would be on the hunt for a goalkeeper given that the current number one Kevin Muller he will leave the team at the end of the season. In fact, the ’91 born player would have decided to refuse the renewal offer proposed by the German club, thus opening the race for his replacement.

The club therefore started looking for suitable profiles with two names above all: that of Marcel Lotkaborn in 2001 and playing in the second team of Borussia Dortmund, e Christian Fruchtlborn in 2000 that Lecce purchased in the summer from Austria Vienna.

For the latter, who has a contract until 2027 with the Salento team, it would be a return to his homeland having grown up in the youth teams of Bauern Munich. The German portal, however, explains that it seems unlikely that there will be a change in goal as early as January. So a possible negotiation would only be with a view to next summer. Fruchtl has played only one match so far, in the Italian Cup, with the Lecce shirt.
