Turris, beware: the specter of radiation hovers over the club. The point of the situation

A crucial day, today, for the Turriscalled, like the other 59 Serie C teams, to pay the deadline set for midnight today: the Corallini, already repeat offenders, as can be read on the portal tuttoturris.com, they must settle all old and new debts towards members, for a total amounting to approximately 570 thousand euros. If this does not happen, precisely due to relapses, the club is at risk of radiation: which would mean the definitive disappearance of the team.

As reported by the previously mentioned portal, some glimmer of hope has opened thanks to the mediation of the mayor of Torre del Greco Luigi Mennella, who has allowed an agreement between the current president Ettore Capriola and the former patron Antonio Colantonio: an agreement, the one between the parties, which provides for the monetization of tax credits held by Capriola, which will be converted into liquidity by Colantonio for a value of approximately 300 thousand euros. However, this figure is not enough to cover everything that needs to be paid; we are therefore aiming for an installment of INPS contributions.

The underlying problem, however, arises from the fact that the practice was started late and it is not certain that it will obtain approval in good time. Plus there are also other bureaucratic steps to complete before midnight. The situation is more critical than ever.
