Frattesi starts for Azzurri but not at Inter: “My teammates always make fun of me…”

To the microphones of The Pressthe Inter midfielder Davide Frattesi he spoke about his particular situation as a reserve in Inzaghi’s team and a starter in Luciano Spalletti’s national team. This is his thought:

Is it strange to be a starter for the national team but not for Inter?
“For me it’s an extra stimulus. Everything must always be taken in the right direction. Otherwise everything becomes too big. Competition helps me to always give my best. When we go to the national team, my Inter teammates make fun of me: ‘Here, go to dad Luciano’, they joke about the coach who lined up for me from the start. How well his Roma played when I was in the Giallorossi Primavera.”

And Inzaghi’s Primavera at Lazio?
“I always went to see her. Every now and then we remember it with Fabio Ripert who is now an athletic trainer at Inter and then coached my brother in the Lazio youth team.”
