The USA is already thinking about an encore: they are ready to host the Club World Cup in 2029 too

After next summer’s Club World Cup, the United States – reveals the ‘New York Times’ – could also host the 2029 edition. The USA is increasingly the epicenter of world football and while preparing the first edition of this new format considering the possibility of granting an encore four years later. It will not be the only competition that the States will host in the coming years: in 2026 there will be the men’s World Cup, in 2031 the women’s. In between, also the Olympics which will be staged in Los Angeles in 2028.
