Turin, the priority in attack is Beto: Everton is open to the sale but watch out for Roma

The attack has become a real puzzle for Torino, looking for reinforcements in the next transfer session. The absence of Duvan Zapata weighs heavily on the Granata, fresh from a 0-0 draw at Genoa in the last round of the championship. For the second match in a row, Toro did not score, sending another more than negative signal. In fact, from 31 October to today, Torino has managed to score only one goal against Monza in the match played on 24 November.

For this reason, the attack alarm is more active than ever in the grenade house. Coach Paolo Vanoli, however, seems to have clear ideas, given that he wants to focus heavily on Beto. The attacker – we also read in La Stampa – is ready to leave Everton to return to Italy, where between 2021 and 2023 he scored 22 goals for Udinese. The Portuguese asked to be sold as early as January, also finding a positive response from the Toffees who put him on the market.

Torino is therefore at the window and could close the operation on the basis of an onerous loan with right or obligation to buy, for a total of around 15-20 million euros. Beto is Toro’s priority, who however also has to deal with competition from Roma, looking for a deputy Dovbyk. The Granata therefore also evaluate Simeone, Jovic and Christian Shpendi as alternatives to the Portuguese.
