6.40pm – Inter will draw a Brazilian or Argentine team from Pot 1 and consequently will also avoid one of Botafogo or Boca Juniors, depending on who will be drawn together with the Nerazzurri. There is also the possibility that neither will be placed in the group with Inzaghi’s team, considering that the general principle is “to ensure, where possible, that no group includes more than one team from the same confederation”.
6.35pm – Among the masters of ceremonies of the Club World Cup there will also be Alessandro Del Piero, former Juventus number 10, who together with other legends of the world of football will take care of the group draw of the 32 participants.
6.25pm - The 63 matches of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, involving 32 of the best clubs from around the world, will be live streamed for free on DAZN globally, in multiple languages, and includes the possibility to sublicense the broadcast in various markets clear to other TVs. Those who are already subscribers to DAZN will be able to watch the competition at no additional cost, while those who are not subscribers will have to register before accessing for free. The Club World Cup has thus found its television coverage.
6.15pm – The participants will be divided into 8 groups of 4 clubs each. According to the regulation, Inter, which is among the top 4 in terms of ranking in the second tier, will avoid the top 4 in terms of ranking in the first tier, namely Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG; the opposite is the case for Juventus, who will not face Flamengo, Palmeiras, River Plate and Fluminense.
