Milan, Fonseca: “We are also ambitious in the Italian Cup, we want to reach the final”

Paulo Fonseca, Milan coach, gave an interview to Italia 1 before the Italian Cup match against Sassuolo:

Are you aiming to win the Italian Cup?
“It’s a competition that I really like, it’s true. I think we have a chance to move forward. The format allows the best teams to be in the semi-finals. I think we have to think about today’s match without making big plans. We are Milan, we are ambitious and we want the final.”

Is this a different Leao?
“Rafa is using the spaces. I think he’s doing well, he’s in a good moment, it’s important to have a strong attack today. I have faith in all the players. Okafor has been ill this week. It’s a choice to win the game.”

Could this be a chance for Abraham?
“He played a great game in Bratislava, he’s growing. This way of playing his role is different from that of recent years. He’s much better and I expect him to have a good game tonight. It’s important to have leadership, I think we have players who can do well.”
