Good news for Edoardo Bove, Fiorentina midfielder who fell ill during the home match against Interfirst suspended and then postponed to a later date: damage to the nervous and cardio-respiratory system was excluded from the first tests the player underwent at the city hospital in Careggi.

This can be read in the official note released by Fiorentina via its communication channels: “ACF Fiorentina and the Careggi University Hospital communicate that the footballer Edoardo Bove, who was rescued on the pitch following the loss of consciousness during the Fiorentina – Inter match, is currently under pharmacological sedation and hospitalized in intensive care. The Viola player is arrived stable from a hemodynamic point of view at the emergency room and the first cardiological and neurological tests carried out excluded acute damage to the central nervous system and the cardio respiratory. Edoardo Bove will be re-evaluated in the next 24 hours.”
