Fiorentina-Pafos 3-2, the report cards: Kouame finds the lost goal, what a mistake Terracciano

Final result: Fiorentina – Pafos 3-2

FLORENTINA (edited by Dimitri Conti)

Terracciano 4.5 – He blows on Jairo’s diagonal in the first half, but instead gives up on his close-range touch. Then the sensational error that leads to 3-2 is sensational.

Dodo 6.5 – Palladino seems unable to do without it and doesn’t give it up this time either. Rewarded by the 1-0 action, he then comes out ahead of Inter.
From 62′ Kayode 6.5 – With a rival in the hierarchy like Dodo, every minute given must be exploited. And he does it by providing the assist to make it 3-1.

Pongracic 6.5 – Here he is again starting among the starters 3 months after the last time. He seems to be doing well, in the first half he also made a good save.

Comuzzo 6 – A shiver when he gives in to Jairo, opening the way towards the goal. He was pardoned for the only real mistake of his match.
From 62′ Moreno 5.5 – A few minutes after his substitution, he was stolen in the heart of the area by Jairo who scored the 3-2 with his heel.

Parisi 6 – He stages a full-intensity duel with Correia, in which he often manages to prevail. In the only lightness, the free kick of the goal.

Mandragora 6 – Ninety minutes plus recovery at his disposal towards his best form. At times he remains hidden, but participates in the action of the third goal.

Martinez Fourth 7 – Protagonist of the experiment of transformation into a midfielder, he accompanied his performance with the appreciable gore of 3-1.
From 75′ Rubino sv.

Ikone 6.5 – The Conference League is becoming his land of conquest and even against Pafos he gives good sensations. Unpredictable and uncatchable.

Beltran 5.5 – Slow start, the doubt arises whether it was a deliberate choice not to force. An hour of match with more shadows than lights.
From 62′ Ox 6 – A lot is spent on the immediate reaggression phase. If Pafos doesn’t attack so often at the end, it’s also thanks to him.

Thin 6.5 – As long as Pafos obstructs its areas, it limits it. But when the Cypriots’ defenses widened, he triggered the own goal to make it 2-0.
From 69′ Biraghi 6 – He positions himself in the rearguard, making Parisi advance on the trocar. Participate in the front line in the intense and passionate finale.

Kouame 6.5 – You can immediately see that he wants to find the goal he has lost since April. He does the general rehearsals, even making a mess, then succeeds in the mission.

Raffaele Palladino 6.5 – In his eyes, the Conference is still good ground to explore and therefore room for a partial turnover and the Quarta experiment in midfield. I start at a small trot but the first half still ends with the advantage in my pocket. In the second half he saw the score round up but also experienced a painful end. At the end, however, mission accomplished: he has three points in his pocket and has used the starters very little.

PAFOS (edited by Daniele Najjar)

Ivusic 6 – He doesn’t have to do much and he doesn’t seem to be able to do much about goals, but he is attentive and well positioned on Mandragora’s shot, which had the goal wide open.

Bruno 6 – He suffers a bit defensively, but earns a passing grade by lashing out at the right time and providing the assist that allows Jairo to reopen the match.

Goldar 5 – Clumsy in sending Sottil’s cross towards goal alone which gives Fiorentina the second. Up until then, many spaces had already been given to the Viola.

Luckassen 5 – Like his teammate, he also gives away a goal with a less than perfect intervention, in his case kicking at Kouamé. And he certainly wasn’t impervious in the rest of the match either.

Pileas 5 – On his side he has a really difficult client like Dodò: he finds it difficult to contain him when the Brazilian decides to go all the way.
From 75′ Jaja 6.5 – He has little time, but uses it well: he presses Terracciano, steals the ball from him and reopens the game.

Dragomir 5.5- Good ideas and technique, but it doesn’t last long. It turns off and is seen very intermittently.

Correia 5.5 – He engages in a good duel with Parisi, managing to find interesting crosses in a couple of cases, but overall he comes out decidedly defeated and has no impact.
From 75′ Quina sv

Pepè 5.5 – He struggles against the Viola midfield, even though he appears the most lucid in bringing the action into the attacking half of the pitch. It doesn’t affect and makes several smudges.
From 89′ Namè sv

Sunjic 5.5 – Like his teammate, he is unable to think much even though he never throws the ball away and this is the positive aspect of his match.

Tankovic 5 – He runs and works hard, but Dodò suffers like crazy and almost never passes him. Then we eat the 2-3 header: he was very alone.
From 89′ Ilia sv

Jairo 6.5 – By far the best of his team: immediately dangerous, he fights against everyone and in the end gives himself a beautiful goal, with a fine back heel. What a surprise.
From 75′ Silva saves

Coach: Juan Carlos Carcedo 6 – His Pafos concedes, but doesn’t give in and especially when they are in possession of the ball they know what to do. Proactive, he plays it and in fact comes out only narrowly defeated.
