Fagioli recounts the origins of gambling addiction: “I started at 16, betting with friends”

Nicolò Fagioli, Juventus midfielderrevealed himself in the documentary ‘Fragile’, made during his 7-month disqualification for gambling addiction, in particular in the last days before returning to the field in May 2024 in Bologna, and on Amazon Prime for a couple of days.

Over the years it got worse, it became more frequent: I woke up wanting to go and bet. In the Under 23s I started to play more money than normal. And I didn’t do it to win, at the beginning, I didn’t need the money but the adrenaline it gave me.
