Bologna-Lille 1-2, the report cards: super Skorupski is not enough. Dallinga and Posch: what mistakes

Bologna-Lille 1-2

BOLOGNA (edited by Lorenzo Di Benedetto)

Skorupski 7 – Decisive with at least three exits, two low on Fernandez-Pardo and one on Sahraoui. Almost miraculous with a double intervention in the second half. Bologna’s best on the pitch. He can’t do anything about the two goals.

Posch 5 – The naivety that cost the 0-1 goal before half-time, at the worst possible moment, was sensational. Not his best evening and from someone like him it is reasonable to expect more.
Since ’85 Holm sv.

Beukema 6 – Unlucky in the mess that led to Lille’s lead but Posch was mainly to blame. He gets into trouble on a couple of occasions and contributes negatively in leaving Mukau all alone on the second goal.

Lights 6 – Not very brilliant, like his department mate. He has the merit of scoring the momentary 1-1 goal with a flat right foot that was more of an attacker than a central defender.

Lykogiannis 6 – He provided the assist for Lucumi’s goal, otherwise the game was orderly without errors or noteworthy flashes.
From 68′ Miranda 6 – It doesn’t change the face of the game.

Freuler 6 – He puts a chocolate on Dallinga’s head but he misses from two steps away. He puts his heart and soul into it as always and is the last to give up.

Fabbian 5.5 – He never gets into the heart of the game and fails to emerge also due to the pressure from Lille’s midfield.
From 75′ Castro sv –

Orsolini 5.5 – In the first half he tried to move down the right but without ever worrying Chevalier. He exits halfway through the second half after a rehearsal with more shadows than lights.
From 68′ Odgaard 6 – When Bologna enters they are dazed by the goal scored shortly before and are unable to bring the team together as Italiano would have liked.

Ferguson 5.5 – He’s not 100% and it shows. Despite this he fights and gives it his all. Too soft on Fernandez-Pardo in the action that led to Lille’s decisive goal.

Ndoye 5.5 – It’s among the worst. Lots of smoke and little fire for the rossoblù winger who never manages to find the right solution at the decisive moment.
From 85′ Iling-Junior sv.

Dallinga 5 – After four minutes he explodes Dall’Ara, but it’s all in vain given his offside position. Almost never in the game and often offside, with the sensational missed header goal in the 58th minute which certifies yet another bad night.

Italian 5.5 – He sends Ferguson onto the field from the 1st minute but the choice doesn’t pay off, also because his captain isn’t at his best. Another bad evening for his team who reached their fourth consecutive defeat. Now reaching the playoffs is really difficult, almost impossible.

LILLE (edited by Marco Pieracci)

Chevalier 6.5 – Dallinga strikes him diagonally, but VAR rules him offside. Then he is good at blocking the close header.

Meunier 5.5 – Ndoye’s speed suffers a bit from his physical structure, even if the Swiss doesn’t cause any havoc. Distracted about Lucumì, he loses it. From 73′ Send 6 – Inside, to avoid risks on that side, he closes the drafts.

Alexsandro 6.5 – This match could have been played with the other shirt, he takes the post following a collective sleep by the rossoblù defence.

Diakité 6.5 – The aerial game is his comfort zone, it is difficult to overcome him in duels. However, he is not always at ease when he has to set things up.

Gudmundsson 6.5 – Full-back who effectively acts as an added winger: incessant push to accompany the attacking maneuver, keeps Orsolini down.

André 6.5 – Tipping the scales, he puts himself in the middle of Alexsandro and Diakité to start the action. He wins the duel between thinkers with Freuler.

Bouaddi 7 – An overwhelming personality, when compared to his high school age: he seems to be a prodigy in mathematics, but on the pitch he is no different.

Fernandez-Pardo 7 – Impressive when he starts with the ball glued to his foot, the pass to double the lead is visionary. So much quality. From 86′ Bakker sv

Mukau 7.5 – Bomber for an evening: he alternates with David in the high pressure, accepts the Canadian’s invitation and then that of Fernandez-Pardo. From 86′ Haraldsson sv

Sahrawi 6.5 – Graceful in his movements: when dribbling he moves it and slips away like a beauty, making double marking in vain. From 73′ Zhegrova 6 – Saved because it is not at its best, it becomes useful for managing the result.

David 6.5 – He knows how to be decisive even on the rare occasions in which he doesn’t score: he takes advantage of an early Christmas gift to free Mukau.

Bruno Genesio 7 – Without Zhegrova he loses a lot in terms of imagination, but the danger index does not decrease. The third victory is a good guarantee on the playoffs.
