Adam Marusic is not expiring. This was revealed by ‘Corriere dello Sport’ on newsstands today: despite an agreement currently valid until 30 June, the Montenegrin footballer has included a clause in the latest contract signed with the Biancocelesti for the automatic extension for the 2025/26 season under conditions very easy. Specifically, Marusic would be freed to zero only in the event of the Capitoline team’s relegation to Serie B. Otherwise (and practically a given) the renewal for another season will be triggered for the 32-year-old footballer.
