Serie B, Pisa falls, overtakes Sassuolo at the top: results and updated standings

The league leaders fall Pisa: a 0-1 draw arrives on the Carrarese pitch with a goal from Bouah who slows down the progress of Filippo Inzaghi’s team in the 89th minute. Heavy 4 to 0 of the Sassuolo on a Salernitana team that sinks to the bottom and is contested by the fans at the end of the match: the poker is all served in the second half with goals from Pierini in the 64th minute, Laurienté in the 82nd minute and the two goals in added time from Moro on a penalty kick and Thorstvedt. Two assists from Berardi. Catanzaro finds the 2-2 at the last minute against the Mantuawith a double comeback on goals from Bragantini in the 7th and 65th minutes, followed by those from Iemmello in the 26th minute and Buso in the 80th minute. Juve Stabia and Brescia close at 0-0.

Fifth consecutive profit result for the Cesena (who in the last 8 games have only lost against Pisa), who however are unable to go beyond a 1-1 draw against Reggiana. The team of Avenues manages to take the lead with Pettinari in the 56th minute, the usual Cristian Shpendi (ninth goal of the season in Serie B) takes it back 9 minutes later.
