How proud are you of Leao’s growth?
“I have always been proud of him. When I met him he was a kid, now he is more mature and is a footballer. There are moments and moments, now he is having a good time. We are behind him, helping him and motivating him to always do good. As a footballer he must make the difference, he is one of the best in the world and he must prove it.”
Do you have ambitions to do even better?
“In my opinion he doesn’t know how strong he is, when he understands it everything will come out. There is pressure on him because he is one of the strongest, otherwise we wouldn’t be talking about Leao. We need balance, it depends on the character of the player. Even the player has a responsibility to do more, but everyone has different experience and has to find the way to do things and he is doing it.”
Would Morata play better together with a tall, big striker?
“Morata took a blow to the head 10 days ago and missed Cagliari. We are very satisfied with what he brought, he is more of a collective player. He helps his teammates and is one of the leaders who helps the team not only on the pitch. He is doing Very good”.
