Oscar Minguezadefender of Celta Vigo, gave a long interview to Export3returning to talk about his time with Xavi at Barcelona, which led him to leave the Blaugrana: “When he arrived we didn’t adapt well. He didn’t like me or something like that. He told me I would play 10 games. Me neither I think I have the best mentality in the world. I went to train and play because I had to. That’s why I left Barcelona, to try to find the motivation to play, to have fun and to improve.”

“Yes, the club was in a very critical moment. I was inside and I ended up being caught, as almost everyone in the team was caught.”
What do you recommend to Barcelona fans? How should they treat young people?
“If you’re a defender and you make a mistake, you’re in the picture and you’re screwed. We have to really value what Casadó, Cubarsí and their teammates are doing. They too will make mistakes, but they shouldn’t be killed when they have them.”
