Thomas Henryformer Hellas Verona striker, also spoke about the not positive experience in Veneto during the interview granted today to Repubblica-Palermo, preferring however not to return to D’Aversa’s header at the end of the match against Empoli, one of the most controversial episodes of the season: “For me it’s a closed chapter. We fight on the pitch and we’re all professionals. Then everything ends there. It’s true, however, that regardless of that episode, the season spent in Verona was a difficult season in terms of human. I also paid for the mistakes of others.”
Again on the Verona experience: “I had to change scenery and luckily I found an environment like Palermo. There were things off the pitch that they used against me and my family and I can’t accept this.”
