Juventus, Nico Gonzalez disappeared from the radar: he could also be out against Milan

Nico Gonzalez he doesn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. The striker of Juventus he was injured in the first minutes of the Champions League match against Leipzig. The diagnosis didn’t seem so catastrophic – a low-grade lesion of the rectus femoris of the right thigh – but the former Fiorentina player has been out of action for a month and a half.

On Thursday, in the last session before the three days of rest granted by Thiago to the players remaining in Turin, the Argentine still worked separately. Before the break he had Milan in his sights, now – according to what the Corriere dello Sport – it is no longer so obvious that he will be available for next Saturday’s match at San Siro.

The decisive test will take place on Monday at Continassa. After the Rossoneri, Juve will face Aston Villa, Lecce, Bologna, Manchester City, Venice, Cagliari in the Italian Cup, Monza, Fiorentina and then the final four of the Super Cup in Saudi Arabia: there will be ten – or eleven in the case of the final in Riyadh – the games in just a month and a half and, with the total emergency in defense that will persist, Motta hopes at least to be able to have enough rotations from midfield upwards (with Nico Gonzalez who can be very useful to the coach).
