Going into detail about the time spent betting: “At the worst moment I spent 12-13 hours on the phone. They passed as if they were 2 hours or 3 hours, because you didn’t realize that the time was passing so quickly. It all seemed like a bubble with yourself that you didn’t notice you’re welcome, even if they asked me questions I might answer, but after an hour I didn’t even remember what they had asked or said to me.”
