After the 0-0 against Trento, the AlbinoLeffe coach, John Lopezcommented positively on his team’s performance, while highlighting some areas for improvement.
“I am very satisfied with what the boys did against a strong, very strong team like Trento – declared Lopez -. As mister Tabbiani also said, it was a good match from a tactical point of view and definitely intense on a physical level” .
The coach underlined the team’s ability to keep up with a worthy opponent: “We dueled one-on-one in almost all roles, proving once again that we can compete against anyone. I also take home the management of minutes finals: in the previous matches they had been a problem, but today we finished with strength and concentration”
.
Despite the positive aspects, Lopez expressed regret for the lack of incisiveness in front of goal: “The disappointment of not having found the way to the goal remains. We are scoring too little compared to the amount of chances we manage to construct. It is an aspect on which we must continue to work”, concluded the coach.
