“We had opportunities to score but we didn’t succeed by a few centimeters while Perina was good in an action that we conceded. In the first half we played it too low and fearful. However, the attitude was still good. It’s a draw that we don’t like, but we accept it because it’s a small point that also adds to the standings.
Murano is a player I like and he is interesting, but I have a lot of choice ahead. Santaniello I don’t know why it wasn’t used before. For me he was a little better than Murano. Emmausso is also well, but Millico, Orlando and Zunno are also well. It’s a shame about Emmausso’s header at the last second.
In the first half we suffered a bit, then in the second half we raised the center of gravity, but the team fell apart a bit and we suffered a few counterattacks.
Set pieces are “baptized” situations in which everyone has positions to occupy. Today it didn’t go like that and we will have to improve.
Salines and Felicioli did very well defensively. Felicioli ended with cramps and Salines was also very tired. In two games we conceded zero goals and perhaps this is the only positive note.
Behind and in front we have recovered all the elements a little, while in midfield we have important absences. Danzi is not in condition and came to the bench almost only due to numbers. Those who play do their part very well, but sometimes you have to adapt when making substitutions, like the choice of Vezzoni.
We choose from time to time who to put on the field. Today we made a lot of crosses but due to a matter of centimeters we were unable to score. This team cannot play with three attackers who are too pure, especially given how we are in midfield. We created enough scoring opportunities anyway.
As far as Foggia is concerned, everything can be improved, from construction to finalization. We have ambition and want to do better. With more serenity you can certainly do better. This is who we are today, we must unite and win the next one.
I would like to put on a better show and play a little better. Absences in midfield have an impact. Vezzoni did well, but he certainly adapted.
