Chaos in Romania-Kosovo: match suspended due to racist behavior by Romanian ultras

The match is valid for the fifth day of the UEFA Nations League of League C, group 2, between Romania And Kosovo it was stopped in the 90th minute. According to initial reconstructions, the Napoli defender confronted the player in a heated manner after what appeared to be a provocation from the Romanian player.

But the entire Kosovar national team would have left the pitch in Bucharest after the racist insults rained down from the stands and from the Romanian ultras. Slogans against Kosovo, concerning Serbia, regarding the various Balkan conflicts and the violence perpetrated in the complicated history between the two countries.

Chants sung more than once which led Vojvoda and his teammates to return to the locker room and the match was suspended. A clear and growing problem, for which UEFA has not yet taken a clear position. And this is the result.
