Dan Ndoye is still observing absolute rest, as planned: and soon, he will begin the recovery process. The staff’s evaluation of Bologna – underlines the Corriere dello Sport – is daily, between the end of this week and the beginning of next week the green light will arrive. A total of three weeks to serve in the pits if everything goes according to plan: the fault of that blow to the post last Sunday, which caused a large hematoma on his left leg, causing him to be taken out on a stretcher after just twenty minutes.
Ndoye has an advantage in his bad luck: he can take advantage of the two weeks off to recover calmly, without forcing the pace. In any case, he will miss the other away match in Rome, the one against Lazio scheduled for the evening of November 24th, the Champions League match against Lille on the 27th, and the one at the Dall’Ara against Venezia on the 30th.
If the recovery process respects the expected times, Dan will return to the group at the beginning of December, probably in the Italian Cup match against Monza, to experience the Dall’Ara lawn again. In the championship, however, he will be able to return from the first minute on 7 December, at the Juventus Stadium.
This is today’s report from Bologna: “Training continues in Casteldebole in the absence of the players involved with the national teams. The team carried out tactical work and a small-sided match. Differentiated training for Martin Erlic and Oussama El Azzouzi, therapies for Michel Aebischer, rest for Dan Ndoye”.
