Sofia Cantore, Juventus Women strikerspoke at a press conference on the eve of the match against Arsenal. TUTTOmercatoWEB.com brings you the press conference of the Juventus player.

Is this the best start to your career?
“Yes, certainly taking the shirt to the Juventus museum was indescribable. Being part of the club’s history is a source of pride. I don’t have a secret, but this year there are things that have led me to score more including the coach’s way of playing. I’m happy for myself and for the team.”

How did you prepare for the match?
“We analyze all the matches both individually and as a team. We always start from the mistakes. The match against Bayern left a bad taste in our mouths. Tomorrow we face another great team and we will prepare them with great attention to detail. We only think about these 90 minutes”.

On your relationship with Canzi?
“A big factor that helped me express myself to the best of my ability is the way I play. There are many factors, in addition to football itself there is a good environment at team level and like any work environment if you work with serenity and smiles and this is no coincidence. My start to the season was important but it was important for the whole team. We are happy with what we are doing responded positively immediately. Let’s try to enter more and more in this way of approaching matches which makes us be more aggressive and play more intensely and you can see it both when we have to recover the ball and when we have to score goals, we also have this ferocity in scoring goals.”

The differences between the Champions League and Serie A?
“Even though the whole movement of Italian football is growing from year to year and we are seeing it from the competitiveness of the championships. There are no obvious matches, organized clubs. In the Champions League you find teams with a lot of European experience, players in the national teams. The level is very also from a physical and athletic point of view, teams that put you in difficulty in terms of intensity. Champions can have lapses in tension and concentration because they manage to punish you at the first mistake in reality we prepare them in the same way: taking care of every detail.”

What emotions are you feeling before this match?
“Having teammates with this experience makes you experience everything with great serenity. By playing in such a close manner you always concentrate and nothing will change compared to Sunday’s match.”

How do you handle the pressure?
“I don’t manage it. My path has helped me to always keep the same balance. I went through a difficult moment due to injuries and I couldn’t handle the pressure. I don’t feel the pressure of having to score by force, because I know that by force Some of my teammates always manage to score.
