Fiorentina’s report cards – Too much turnover for Palladino, many are complaining

Final result: APOEL – Fiorentina 2-1

Terracciano 6 – He immediately pulls off a nice but useless save (he was offside), so he sees himself hit twice in a few minutes without being able to do much about it.

Kayode 5 – Pedal to the gas, he seems intent on making fire and flames on the lane, taking advantage of the opportunity. Instead he will have to chase the Cypriots for a good hour.

Moreno 5 – Third appearance, all in the Conference which seems to be the stage identified for him. If the first two went well, this time he doesn’t escape trouble.
From 59′ Ranieri 6 – He takes a position on defense, without making any glaring errors. It gives more certainty.

Martinez Fourth 4.5 – He will also have his strengths in proactive play, but acting as a defender he must be more careful at the back. Yet another race full of errors.

Biraghi 5.5 – He takes back the place on the left wing which has been his almost exclusive property for years. Among the least worst, unlucky on the 2-0 lead.
From 59′ Dodo 6 – It doesn’t change the pace of Fiorentina’s offensive actions, but it always keeps at least a couple of opponents busy at the same time.

Adli 5 – Intending to take control of the midfield right from the start, he seems to be able to do so but then collects errors throughout the first half. Then he goes out.
From 46′ Beltran 5.5 – In Palladino’s hopes he must be the man who leads the comeback, it won’t happen. Struggles to find place and space.

Mandrake 5.5 – Enterprising in the first half, he doesn’t seem to suffer physically from the fact that he is returning from the first minute post-injury. However, it lacks in quality.

Ikone 6 – Only one truly positive play in his performance, however, has a greater specific weight than the others. He kisses the post and halves the deficit.

Richardson 5.5 – Tested for the occasion in the role of attacking midfielder, he gave contrasting responses to Palladino. Movement is not lacking, but speed and danger are.
From 65′ Ox 5.5 – Maybe he didn’t expect that it would be his turn tonight too, the fact is that he doesn’t enter the field with the right attitude, making too many mistakes.

Parisi 5.5 – Palladino also sees him as a more offensive winger and places him among the attacking midfielders. However, he seems to suffer from not being able to start from behind.
From 69′ Gosens 5.5 – The hope is that with his takeover the left wing will become a land of conquest. The Cypriots, on the other hand, easily contain it.

Kouame 6 – He hasn’t found his way to the net since April and it’s clear from the start that he has this desire. He doesn’t stand out for his precision, but he does so for his altruism on the 2-1 goal.

Raffaele Palladino 5 – Very robust turnover, there is only one confirmed (Richardson) among the starters of the last match played in Turin. Among various things, he launches Parisi into the attacking midfield line. He looked for answers from the second lines, but the first half was full of difficulties and saw his team suffer a double disadvantage. He then gradually began to bring in starters from the bench, but the answers only came to a minimal extent.
