The Arab right-back Saud Abdulhamid has no intention of leaving Roma in January, despite a decidedly limited playing time so far with four overall appearances and just over one hundred minutes played. After rumors coming from Arabia relating to his possible return to his homeland in the next transfer window, the ‘X’ profile of ‘All About SPL’ contacted the entourage of the footballer born in ’99 who denied this possibility and stated that the player’s intention is to stay until the contract expires, i.e. June 2028.

This is how Roma welcomed Saud last August 27: “AS Roma is pleased to announce the permanent purchase of Saud Abdulhamid from Al-Hilal. Right sternum – born in 1999 – can also operate on the left-footed side. He is a push player, with ease of running and the ability to attack the wing with danger, creating dangers at the opponent’s goal, as demonstrated by the statistical data reported in the last season, in which he won the championship as a protagonist with Al-Hilal: he contributed to eight goals with 3 goals scored and 5 assists provided, in 32 overall appearances in the Pro Saudi League. In the Giallorossi, he will wear the number 12 shirt. He is the first Saudi footballer in the history of Serie A.”
