Venice, Di Francesco: “Strategy is more important than tactics. I like to vary”

In his press conference on the eve of the match against Inter, Venezia coach Eusebio Di Francesco also spoke about how he plans to face the Nerazzurri: “I’m talking about us and not about myself, but the ability to stay in the game To have the clarity that we had unlike in Monza, capitalizing on the numerical superiority, for example. I see team and individual growth, for example from the players who take over and determine.”

Haps great match.
“I had already done it in Monza, much better in this match, he is gaining confidence with this role. It also depends on the characteristics of the opponents, I also did it with Candela. I also wanted to have a better dribble. It allowed us to have more solutions , at one stage of the match we also had a sort of 4-2-4.”

Will there be any surprises with Inter?
“Eh, you always have to create something. I like having dynamism from the team, the strategies are different. Strategy today is more important than tactics.”

Oristanio: it has had incredible growth, right?
“We have two in that role. Yeboah has yet to fully enter the new reality, but he has an impressive dry dribbling and will give us a great hand. Oristanio is having great growth in general, in staying inside the game, in entering the way right. At the same time he lacks that continuity that would allow him to take a further step.”
