Mandredi: “We are Sampdoria, with structures and fans from Serie A. We must have patience”

The midweek round is now behind us, as is the draw against Cittadella (0-0 final), and Sampdoria is therefore thinking about this weekend’s match, which on the 13th matchday of the Serie B championship will pit the coach’s Blucerchiati against Andrea Sottil at Brescia: appointment on Sunday at the ‘Marassi’, with the starting whistle of the match set for 5.15pm. President Matteo Manfredi spoke about the club’s moment, with a point on football and corporate events, in front of the Sky Sport cameras.

Here are his words, taken up by colleagues from the planetserieb.it portal: “We know very well what our duty is. We must not let ourselves be rushed. We are Sampdoria, with Serie A structures and fans. We must have patience. At a corporate level we are solid. The last steps made have given me awareness of the work carried out in the last year. We have invested a lot, Sampdoria is a heritage of all Italian football.”

Concluding note, at the stadium: “The issue is very hot, we believe we have found a solution with a third party that should bring both parties to an agreement. We will work to give prestige to our house”.
