The BKT Series is back and the BKT matchdays also resume. The leading company in the production of Off-Highway tyres, Title Sponsor of the championship since 2018, once again confirms its position alongside the fans, promoting special initiatives to make them feel like protagonists and give them a truly unique experience.
As a tangible sign of its commitment to the world of sport, BKT has decided to dedicate its initiatives to Emilia-Romagna, a region that this year boasts four clubs in the BKT Series. This is how, from Sunday 20 October, the BKT TOUR started which saw the championship bench arrive in Reggio Emilia and which will continue tomorrow, Saturday 26 October, in Cesena and then go to Modena (Tuesday 29 October) and Sassuolo (Sunday November 3).
Football, community and the world of BKT. The tour in Emilia-Romagna is the best opportunity to underline one’s 360-degree commitment in the area, but not only: in anticipation of the International Exhibition of Agricultural and Gardening Machinery (EIMA) in Bologna, the reference fair of the agricultural sector in Europe, the pickup that usually towed the bench will be replaced by a latest generation tractor, fully rubberised and branded with BKT graphics, which will travel around the main roads of the region. The tractor will also be the protagonist of various activities along the route.
To get to the heart of the match and offer fans an even more memorable experience, BKT will invite, for each city and team, a former footballer who has made the history of the club and has stood out for his attachment to the colours. This is how Dario Hubner will return to Cesena, the second city of the BKT TOUR. Invited by BKT, he will be present on Saturday 26 October at Cesena FC – Brescia Calcio for an autograph session and meeting with the fans.
The historic number eleven and striker will be in Piazza della Libertà where, from 11.15 to 12.15, he will sign and give away BKT footballs, as well as being available for photos. A special moment for all the supporters of Cesena FC and Brescia Calcio to celebrate the historic twinning between the two fans and, above all, a double ex who wrote important pages with both shirts.
BKT’s initiatives, created in collaboration with the Lega Nazionale Professionisti B together with Havas Play, the network that focuses on sports marketing, fan engagement and other activities, do not stop here. Before kick-off, thousands of BKT branded gadgets will be delivered to the stadium’s entrance turnstiles. During the break, then, there will be the “BKT Football Truck Challenge” which will involve two Juventus fans in a speed race with the BKT Football Truck, the remote-controlled model that has now become famous as the official ball carrier of the BKT Series.
Therefore, everything is ready for the BKT TOUR, which promises to offer, right from the start of the championship, many surprises and innovations for this new and exciting season of the 2024-25 BKT Series. The appointment with Dario Hubner is set for 11.15 am in Piazza della Libertà.
