Final result: Roma-Dinamo Kiev 1-0

Roma’s report cards (edited by Raimondo De Magistris)

Svilar 6 – Dynamo Kiev had a great chance in the first half, but Tymchyk was inaccurate. Virtually never called into question.

Celik 6 – In a role that isn’t exactly his, he doesn’t look out of place. Far from it. It gives good coverage guarantees.

Ndicka 6 – Dynamo Kiev are not an uncomfortable opponent and he leads the defense without worries.

Hermoso 6 – A match that was far too simple for a defender with his experience: more than ordinary administration.

Zalewski 6 – On the right he phrases with Baldanzi with the right times and ways. Constant support when pushing.

Koné 6.5 – Good catalyst of balls and also accurate tonight. His dynamism already seems to be an essential element for the Giallorossi midfield.

Le Fèe 5.5 – Another unconvincing performance, postponed again. In the 33rd minute, after half an hour of absolute dominance, the Giallorossi almost put the game back in balance with a criminal support. From the 53rd Cristante 6 – Give order to the median.

Angelino 6.5 – Refined left foot, also in good shape. Interesting initiatives always come from his feet.

Baldanzi 6.5 – Perhaps one of the best matches since his Giallorossi adventure began. Free to think as an attacking midfielder, he varies, invents and affects. He is the one who gets the penalty that unlocks the match. From the 68th Dybala 6.5 – He comes in and makes a couple of top-class plays.

Peas 6 – Dreaming Frattesi plays a performance a few meters ahead of usual, with license to attack vacant spaces to create dangers. He doesn’t lack personality. From the 68th Pellegrini 6.5 – True Captain’s approach: in the epee and foil finale.

Dovbyk 6.5 – Ice-cold from the spot, he who grew up in Dnipro Cherkasy almost doesn’t celebrate after scoring against Dinamo Kiev. He moves well between opposing centre-backs. From the 53rd Shomurodov 5.5 – He works hard, but the goal he misses in the 83rd is sensational.

Ivan Juric 6.5 – A much more square and organized Roma after the unfortunate performance in Sweden. Now that’s a turn-over: logical and reasoned.

Dinamo Kiev report cards (edited by Andrea Carlino)

Neshcheret 6.5 – His performance between the posts is characterized by a series of precise and timely interventions, demonstrating confidence in exits and a good reading of game situations.

Bilovar 6 – His interpretation of the role of central defender turns out to be careful and disciplined, with constant and precise marking that limits Roma’s offensive initiatives.

Popov 6.5 – In the heart of the defense he demonstrates leadership and organizational skills, leading the department with authority and perfect timing in interventions. His experience emerges in moments of greatest pressure, when he coordinates the movements of the defensive line with surgical precision and anticipates the plays of the opposing attackers.

Mykhavko 5.5 – A performance characterized by ups and downs, with some effective interventions alternating with moments of difficulty in containing Roma’s wingers. The warning he received affected his game, forcing him to manage his interventions more prudently and limiting his natural aggressiveness.

Tymchyk 6 – On the right wing he alternates good plays in the pushing phase with moments of attention in coverage, appearing particularly active in the first half. His ability to move forward creates some problems for the Giallorossi defense, even if his performance drops slightly in the second half.

Mykhaylenko 6 – His playmaking in midfield is characterized by a good balance between the construction and coverage phases, with intelligent distribution of the ball and a constant presence in the heart of the game. From 80′ Buyalskyi sv

Andriyevskyi 5.5 – A not particularly brilliant performance, characterized by a few too many inaccuracies in the setup phase and by a pace that was not always adequate to the demands of the match. From the 63rd minute Kabaev 6 – Enters with the right attitude, bringing energy and determination to the midfield.

Rubchynskyi 5.5 – Struggles to find the right position on the pitch, alternating good plays with moments of tactical confusion. The warning affects their performance. From the 63rd minute Shaparenko 5.5 – He is unable to have an impact as hoped, limiting himself to ordinary management of the ball.

Vivcharenko 6 – On the left wing he offers a performance of substance, with good application in both the defensive and offensive phases. His consistency over the ninety minutes represents a strong point for the team.

Voloshyn 5.5 – In attack he struggles to find the right spaces to become dangerous, often well controlled by the Roma defence. From 63′ Brazhko 6 – His entry brings greater liveliness to the offensive department.

Guerrero 5.5 – He is unable to have an impact as he would like, finding it difficult in comparison with the Giallorossi defenders. From 67′ Vanat 6 – He moves with greater dynamism than his replaced teammate, creating some headaches for the Roma rearguard.

Oleksandr Shovkovskyi 6 – He goes home empty-handed, but the performance is dignified. His team shows good defensive organization but lacks in the scoring phase. The substitutions made bring greater liveliness to the maneuver, even if not enough to change the inertia of the match. The tactical approach is still balanced and well studied, despite the unfavorable result
