De Sisti: “Both Cataldi and Bove made the best choice in coming to Fiorentina”

Giancarlo De Sistia great former double of Fiorentina and Roma, spoke thus to Radio Firenzeviola in view of the Franchi match between the two teams (scheduled for Sunday evening): “Both Bove and Cataldi have reasons to be unhappy with the departure from their respective teams. Over time Cataldi at Lazio has gone from a young runner full of enthusiasm to a boy who he gives order and meaning to the midfield: I don’t know why he was sent away but both he and Bove made the best choice.

The former Giallorossi player is another very interesting young man and they tell me about an interesting person, prepared as a person and able to deal with the most difficult arguments. Now I see him also employed in the role of midfielder with tactical duties but a little further forward: it could be a happy discovery. We see a physically strong and tireless player in the sector assigned to him, perhaps following his slightly more renowned opponent, limiting him and also having the pace to relaunch. I’m curious to see his season with this kind of attitude, and how he deals with it.

I don’t know if it will be a discovery, maybe Palladino knows it and is doing things. Cataldi’s brace against Lecce shows that the distribution of the ball comes from his feet. Evidently it wasn’t enough to reconfirm him…”.
