A knockout for Juventus and a photo finish victory for Inter in this round of the Champions League. And now it’s time to think about the Italian derby. But in general who gets there better between Thiago Motta and Simone Inzaghi? According to the commentators of TMW Radio.

Franco Piantanida: “Inter are better at it, the results say so. But I’m not sure that Inter will win the match. I expect a very concentrated Juve to play an orderly match, they’re trying to put very difficult things into practice, but they don’t I would be surprised if Juventus won.”

Massimo Orlando: “Inter are stronger, beyond their physical condition. I believe that Juventus, who have an important defensive organization, can play well but still lack a lot of quality. I see a team that is struggling to build. Maybe Yildiz will play as an attacking midfielder, and I think it’s right, because as a winger he did little. The match will be played by Inter, who I see as very favourites.”

Stefano Impallomeni: “Balanced match but Inter will take it home. In a match at the top the individual duel counts and Bremer’s absence will weigh.”

Antonio Paganin: “They arrive with two different situations. Inter did the minimum wage but clocked up, Juve struggled more, even if Stuttgart is a team to take with a pinch of salt. Juventus left me with some doubts , suffered from the Germans’ dribbling beyond measure, showed some problems in the middle of the pitch, and proved to be more vulnerable than previously thought, because the Derby d’Italia can still hold surprises.”

Sergio Porrini: “I think this defeat by Juve must be absorbed, it is the first misstep of the season. Juventus have been dominated and are perhaps coming out a little reduced in Europe. In Serie A, however, everyone is facing the matches with difficulty, there is no still a team that is dominating in terms of play. Juve came away with broken bones from the defeat against Inter, we’ll see what game comes out of it. Today, Inter are superior, also in terms of squad.”
