Rome, Juric: “The objective is clear: we need to bring the fans back to our side”

The Roma coach Ivan Juric spoke to the club’s official channels ahead of the Europa League match against Dynamo Kiev. This is the thought of the Croatian coach: “Everything is fine, being happy with the performance, the work or the game, but concrete results are missing and we have to start getting them. Maybe even thinking less about other things, but we need hunger, concentration and desire to bring home the result, especially in moments of difficulty, great character is needed to get out of it.”

Will there be turnover?
“For me, Badanzi is a starter, then sometimes he starts from the beginning and sometimes he takes over. The same for Soulé and the others. We have a squad that allows me to make changes, there isn’t a huge difference between the players so I consider them all owners”.

Enough alibis, is there everything to work well?
“We often talk about shortcomings, but I don’t notice them. Everything is there to work well, we are pampered, Trigoria is very organised. Talking about other things is superfluous, we just need to train well, raise the level and start winning matches” .

An appeal to the fans?
“I think supporting the team can help, it’s not easy to be booed. However, the boys have the opportunity of a lifetime to turn the situation around, they have to be real men and get the fans on their side. This must be the boys’ objective”:
