Three months after the departure of Kasper HjulmandDenmark has officially announced its new selector. The Danish Federation (DBU) has chosen Brian Riemerdeeming him the right man to qualify for the 2026 World Cup: “The 46-year-old Brian Riemer has been appointed as Denmark’s new coach with a contract until the 2026 World Cup. Riemer has worked as an assistant coach at FC Copenhagen and Brentford in the Premier League, and recently brought Anderlecht back to the top of Belgian football as head coach.”
