Ligue 1, it’s an irrepressible Marseille: Montpellier overwhelmed, ends 5-0

Incredible show of strength from Marseille who prevailed this evening with a clear 5-0 on the Montpellier pitch. The game closed already in the first half with three goals from Washl, Harit and Hojbjerg, then in the second half the other two goals scored by Greenwood and Luis Enrique. In the middle there was also a red card, received in the 64th minute by Dzofic for the home team.

With this result, Marseille flies to third place alone, -3 behind the leading pair PSG-Monaco. Montpellier, on the other hand, is performing very badly, increasingly last in Ligue 1.
