In the press room, the coach Francesco Modesto expressed his satisfaction with his team’s performance: “We showed great solidity and strength against a team that put many opponents in difficulty. The boys did well to interpret the match well, showing quality in their play, courage and determination” .

Modesto underlined the importance of simplicity in the game and the effectiveness of his players in one-on-one and shooting: “The simple passes are often the most difficult to make, but the boys expressed themselves very well, with courage and quality”.

Atalanta’s fighting spirit is a characteristic rooted in the club, as highlighted by the coach: “The kids who grow up in Bergamo already have within them this mentality of never giving up. It is part of the culture of the youth sector and a fundamental message for them they know that they must continue to grow and work every day to constantly improve, always looking for that 1% more.”
