It is with the official note that we report in full below, that the Taranto “announces that it has signed an agreement for the transfer of the Club with APEX Capital Global LLC.
A preliminary agreement has already been signed and in the next few days the next steps for the formal transfer of the Club will be carried out.
In this regard, we confirm the presence of APEX Capital Global LLC in the city to conclude some of these aspects and this morning the presentation of the same to the team and the entire staff was formalized, therefore, starting from today, the technical and organizational management is entrusted to the latter.
