“I’m at the beginning of my coaching career. I feel good but I still have a lot to learn.” That’s how it speaks Cesc Fabregasin an exclusive interview given to SportMediaset: “If I were to take inspiration from my colleagues, I am struck by Inzaghi who with his 3-5-2 manages to give life to an incredible anarchy, making it feasible with great work. On the other hand I cannot fail to mention Thiago Motta who with Its structure is giving a modern approach to Italian football thanks also to the additions of central defenders.”
The championship fight according to Fabregas: “We are still at the beginning, but I think that the strongest team is still Inter, also because, match after match, we could see that it would be quite simple to win the title. Obviously Napoli with Antonio Conte will also be up there, you know We’ll see how to win a championship and a Premier League.”
Nico Paz, Máximo Perrone and more. “What struck me was the willingness on the part of the players who have a great hunger to improve, even though I always have the feeling that more and more can be done – underlined Fabregas -. I know that everyone talks about Nico, Perrone and Sergi Roberto, many of them are young players who bring passion to the field and fight to have a place in the team. In particular, I thought about Nico that he would need two/three months of adaptation to get used to the team and the Italian culture, but from the first days it was clear that he was prepared.”
Fabregas’ gift to the players in case of salvation: “If last year (for the promotion, ed.) they had five days of holiday in Ibiza, this year I could pay them ten days of holiday if we remained in Serie A.”
