Napoli are considering losing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia next summer. Contacts for the renewal have been going on for over a year but there is still no agreement. On the one hand there was Aurelio De Laurentiis’s trip to Germany, to the Georgian retreat, who seemed to have reached a rough idea for a proposal worth around 5 million euros per year for a five-year term. In the last summit, however, there was frost, because the request of the father and the agent, Mamuka Jugeli, was around 8-9 million, as if it were Lautaro Martinez. Figures that will not be paid by Napoli who already have Victor Osimhen on their payroll – at least for a while, although loaned to Galatasaray.
So without renewal Kvara will also end up on the market, with Antonio Conte’s approval also. Because it will be the last summer to earn significant amounts of money, after Paris Saint Germain offered 100 million in the last one. As with Vlahovic at Juventus, Kvaratskhelia will use his salary – currently very low – to get a significant increase and perhaps a signing bonus as happened with the Serbian (who now gets 23 million gross thanks to this trick).
At that point the valuation will be in the triple digits, with the possibility of signing a high-level player. Because the ratings of the best prospects are about half that of Kvara, therefore there will be the opportunity to get another gem who, at least potentially, will be able to express himself at his best with Napoli.
