England coach Tuchel also makes Bayern happy: the German club will save 3 million

The adventure did not end well Thomas Tuchel at Bayern Munich. After a season that ended with the lack of title and elimination from the Champions League in the semi-final against Real Madrid, the Bavarian club decided to change technical leadership by entrusting the bench to Vincent Kompany after both parties had decided not to continue and not to renew the contract.

Now Tuchel is ready to start a new adventure. The German coach will in fact be the new head coach of England. The position will start from 1 January 2025 and the former Chelsea player will have the task of leading the Three Lions national team to win the 2026 World Cup which will take place in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The contract in place until June 2025 with Bayern will therefore be terminated with the red and white club which will save a good portion of salary.

In fact, for economic reasons Tuchel was not fired with Bayern continuing to pay his salary until the coach found a new position. As reported Sky Sports Dethe coach would also have agreed to give up 30% of his salary with the Bavarians who will save 3 of the 9 million euros per year that their former coach received.
