From promotion to C with Pineto to CS Lebowski: playmaker Emili will be grey-black

After being the protagonist of Pineto’s historic promotion to Serie C last season, making 28 appearances and two goals in the various competitions, Lorenzo Emili said goodbye to the Abruzzo club in the summer. Now the playmaker born in ’97 starts again from the Promotion and from a popular team like Centro Storico Lebowski which on its social channels has told the genesis of this new addition which represents a real transfer coup given the 21 goals in 140 appearances in the Serie D of the footballer.

“Every week we receive many emails and messages on social media from people who want to play for us. From all over the world. Some are very strange requests: players from all continents looking for an unlikely contract in Italy, videos of feats where it is impossible to understand which player sent it to us, others who narrowly invent calls to the national team of a remote country. There are so many, we can’t read them all and it can happen that every now and then we don’t respond and we miss some. And we missed that one Lorenzo Emilian attacking midfielder born in 1997 who grew up in the Sambenedettese area, who has made 140 appearances in Serie D, scoring 21 goals between Sambenedettese, Giulianova, Castelnuovo Vomano and obtaining a historic promotion to Serie C with Pineto in the 2022/2023 season. Except it’s all true.

Emili recently moved to Florence for work reasons, but he has certainly not abandoned his passion for football. We missed his email. But he didn’t lose heart. He met someone who knew one of our players, got his number and contacted him, saying “here in town everyone does nothing but talk about this Lebowski. Can you have someone in the company call me and I would like to come there?”.
