Sala and his coaches: “Ancelotti incredible. Giampaolo a master. Motta? What charisma”

TMW

Guest of the pages of TMW, Jacopo Salaformer player of Hamburg, Hellas Verona, Sampdoria, SPAL, Spezia and Rimini, spoke about the best coaches he had in his career. Starting with Carlo Ancelotti who he met when he was playing in the Chelsea youth sector at the dawn of his career: “An incredible person – he says about the current manager of the real Madrid – as well as a very high profile technician. He is a unique professional who, however, works a lot from the heart and who always puts the person before the player.”

Once he returned to Italy he had the opportunity to work with Marco Giampaolo who he defined as ‘a master’, but also with Vincenzo Italiano and Thiago Motta. On the Italian-Brazilian he explained: “I established a truly beautiful relationship with him. I discovered a person with an incredible personality, one of those who you just had to see to appreciate his charisma. He knows how to speak to the hearts of the players and you understand that he believes blindly in what he teaches. It is no coincidence that he is on the Juventus bench today.”
