“Doing better than previous years is always a stimulus. We have taken a different path as we have renewed and rejuvenated the team. The average age is very low with only two players over 30 years old. We decided to reprogram everything and change a lot.”
Are Valdesi, Ciuferri two young people who can be an example of the club’s philosophy?
“Giving young people confidence is important. Many times to see the qualities of young people you have to trust them. I think they should be left free to play. “I believe that the team is built to be complete in all departments. The potential of Giugliano is this. Many contracts are a lot of expenses for the clubs because in football if you do well you ask for more money while if you do badly only the club pays.
